multiple errors Outlook 2007 vista

I am running Office 2007 on vista 64 bit version SP1. Outlook comes up with
multiple errors upon startup. One says:

you autoCorrect file, ice/OFFICE12\1033\MSO.ACLMSO 1033.acl, could not be
saved.
The file may be read-only, or you may not have permission to modify the file.

The other is:

An error occured in the folder shortcuts file (.fav). Outlook will recreate
the default folder shortcuts.

I can't use outlook to download my emails.

I am having the same problem. You are using 64 bit system? Have you gotten
any helpful replies?
