Folder access is very slow in dfs

I am facing the problem with DFS. we have created namespaces and
implimented the replication bitween 2 DFS servers. When we try to
acces the shared folder from the client machine it is taking 3 minutes
to open the shared folder and also files in that folder.
Please help me regading this issue.

What does that have to do with xml and SOAP?
